SERVICE AGREEMENT
The following rules are applicable for all
EMAILGIRLS.COM members:
1. Respond to
any e-mail at own expense, when a fellow member of EMG (with valid EMG
membership number in the subject portion of the e-mail message) that makes a
request to so.
2. Chat online in an authorized EMAILGIRLS.COM Chat Room with
a fellow member with valid E-Mail EMG membership number, login with your
first name combined an underscore and your S@EMG membership number; for
example, Joe_emg0001. at a prearrange designated time with a fellow
member, and informing the requestor that the time specified by you
so that there is no confusion. It
is up the member making the request to ensure that he or she knows how to
calculate the corresponding date/time of the member that desired contact with
for the specified prearranged chat session to be scheduled upon. NOTE:
Verification of a questionable individual and the validity of his or her member can be confirmed in the members profiles
area of our web site or on web or requests verification at verifiy@emailgirls.com.
DO NOT RESPOND OR COMMIT INFORMATION TO ANYONE THAT IS QUESTIONABLE.
3. Do not use fowl, vulgar, indecent language, nudity
or semi-nude behavior in an authorized EMAILGIRLS.COM Chat Room. Report violations
of fellow members committing violations EMAILGIRLS.COM at: violations@emailgirls.com
and please describe the offense and the membership number of the violator, and
the violator’s membership will be notified of termination based on our
investigation of the incident, and if found by EMAILGIRLS.COM to be in
violation, membership will be terminated immediately, and all access to EMG WEB
SITE secured members area to include chat rooms will be denied. NOTE:
Members concluded to be in violation of our service agreement forfeit all
membership rights (paying members will not be refunded as a result of such an
offense) at the discretion of EMAILGIRLS.COM at any time without notice.
4. EMAILGIRLS.COM and its spin-off entities such as Singles@EMAILGIRLS.COM, are not a dating services. EMAILGIRLS.COM is a discussion (main topic accommodations in Angeles City) forum membership club that can communicate via Email, phone (when available) etc., on topics by its' members on such subjects as travel information, recommended hotels and entertainment/night-life places to go in Angeles City and other parts of the Philippines if you known from personal experience. However our hostess E-Girls are not limited to the aforementioned topics; so they can interact on social and personal opinion topics of interest between any and all members for example, members favorite entertainment and shopping places, vacation spots, etc., is authorized, as with many web based forums backed by other forms of communication as well. As such please keep any and all conversation via any medium associated with or hosted by EMAILGIRLS.COM non-offensive, and free from communication that would be offensive to a particular ethnic background, organization, and the general guidelines of decency etc.
5. Hostess (H-Girls) representatives are official representatives that are authorized by EMAILGIRLS.COM. However, H-Girls under there membership contract agree to follow the guidelines of membership club to include not being affiliated with or entertaining sexually explicit acts of any kind, fowl or dirt language, gestures, or related actions of any kind. there is no legal basis for them to do as a volunteer since they get no salary from us.
6. It is agree that all communication forums hosted by EMAILGIRLS.COM and any affiliates thereof; such as Email, Chat, video-chat etc., will be kept clean and free of vulgar expressions, and sexual-offensive (dirty or indecent acts) of any kind.
7. Members, and representatives will conduct themselves with the utmost respect and dignity for each other and any potential new members.
8. Violations of EMAILGIRLS.COM or its' affiliates policies, service-agreements, will be subject to immediate termination (no refund will apply by paying members) at the sole discretion of EMAILGIRLS.COM.
9. All potential members who sign up for EMAILGIRLS.COM/affiliates' membership or applicable services, do so at their own free will, and are at least 18 years old at the date of sign-up as a member.
10. All submitted information, and photo submitted that will be used for individual profile purposes to EMAILGIRLS.COM/affiliates become the sole property of EMAILGIRLS.COM, and it is agreed upon that that EMAILGIRLS.COM reserves the right to use submitted information/photos for any commercial or promotional purpose it sees fit.
11. Members and representatives of EMAILGIRLS.COM and its' affiliates, will provide a 30 day notice prior to resigning a membership or commit. NOTE: Paying costumers forfeit remaining balance of any monies paid to EMAILGIRLS.COM for a membership period ( six month or One year) that did not go to term of schedule expiration date.
12. Members and representatives of EMAILGIRLS.COM/affiliates will respond to Email of fellow members within a reasonable (24-48 hours) amount of time, or info EMAILGIRLS.COM if they can not continue responding to correspondence. Members who demonstrate a consistency that they can not or will not respond to communication of fellow members. are subject to immediate termination. NOTE: Paying customers forfeits (No Refund) any remaining money-balance covering such memberships when they can not or will not comply with any and all aspects of our Service Agreement.
13. EMAILGIRLS.COM reserved the right to terminate memberships of its' members and representatives at anytime without notice if is considered in the best interest if EMAILGIRLS.COM/affiliates based on questionable acts, complaints by fellow members, and lack of commitment of excellent communication form for its' members or for any other unforeseen reason that it deems necessary to do so.
14. Although the main theme of EMAILGIRLS.COM is to provide a communication forum for its' members on topics such as travel, accommodations, tour/packages, night-life and tourist attractions, members are free to expand topics of interest as they see fit keeping in mind the policies set.
15. Although EMAILGIRLS.COM/Sonsor-affiliates are not a dating service, Singles@EMAILGIRLS.COM is a dating venue, and from this platform, and some of our others as well, we do not restrict friendships, relationships etc, that may or may not develop between its' members as with another setting (work, business, school etc.) that people can meet.
ET-GIRLS SERVICES TRAVEL ASSISTANT REFERRAL SERVICE:
1
ET-Girls duties are (once identified may or may not be profiled on our web site)
are
a. Accompany an fellow International or paying member who
desires assistance during a planned itinerary anywhere in the Philippines that
he or she desires to travel. All expenses of the ET-Girl assisting a
fellow member traveler (excluding applicable referral fees) such as the
ET-Girl's lodging and meals are the responsibility of the service requestor or
paying-by-membership-dues member.
b. Provide and assist an International or paying member traveling around the Philippines on a pre-determined travel itinerary with basic services in all aspects of the travel plan; such as, making and confirming accommodation appointments (when requested), be an interpreter while required to do so, assist in purchase or services negotiation and to clarify misunderstanding that may arise between the traveler and the vendors when shopping.
c. Assist with dinning-out plans ;for example, arrange reservations for food, and entertainment places that require advanced assist with the coordination efforts of required commercial transportation such as car or van rentals, upon request to do so.

ET-Girls will receive a set or fixed amount per-day for assisting an International
or paying member who desires such services as stipulated in the duty description
of ET-Girls above.
The requestor of of such services will pay EMAILGIRLS.COM 20 dollars per
day for an ET-Girl's services. Food, transportation, and lodging expense are the
sole responsibility of the International or paying-by-dues-member
requesting a tour guide for all applicable days the guide is to accompany or be
on standby to assist an International member touring a planned visit to the
Philippines.

to provide submitted information such as your name and e-mail address to other affiliates
for the purpose of sending its' members informative
informaiton on products and services to include updates. Should an
EMAILGIRLS.COM members e-mail address ceased to receive EMAILGIRLS.COM or its' affiliates
e-mail will be removed from the EMAILGIRLS.COM membership list, and all
connected services will be terminated immediately.
DISCLAIMERS IN GENERAL:
EMAILGIRLS.COM is not dating service. EMG was created and designed to support tourisms in Angeles City, and other places around the Philippines (options open for global operations and services) , and it considered the main platform of its. services theme.
While EMAILGIRLS.COM will always strive to bring the best services and membership associated experience to its' non-members, and members-only services, EMAILGIRLS.COM assumes no responsibility for the adverse actions of any kind between its' members (to include ET-Girl refers Email Girls or Host Email Girls) and is held harmless from any liabilities, and litigation of any type that may stem from it.
EMAILGIRLS.COM main purpose is to serve as a portal for information (travel, accommodation, and general services) that may be offered through its' web site venue; however, we do not represent any companies, affiliates there views, policies etc., and likewise, the affiliates and or companies mentioned any throughout any EMAILGIRLS.COM sponsored web sites may or may not share opinions, service agreements etc

The express comments and or opinions in any form of communication EMG representatives, its' affiliates, associated people, organizations, and commercial companies depicted on any of EMG sponsored web sites may not necessarily be shared with EMAILGIRLS.COM
